Marshall IP is delighted to share the news of its merger with leading independent Intellectual Property firm IP Solved.

Director of Marshall IP, Tim Marshall confirmed the merger will allow the leveraging of all the advantages of a larger firm – structure, support and depth of experience – with a strong culture and a commitment to quality. Marshall IP was a niche multi-disciplinary firm with an enviable reputation and extensive expertise in all aspects of legal services for commercial, intellectual property and branding.

IP Solved Managing Director, Lachlan Mullane confirmed the merger will introduce an ability to offer clients an extended range of services, notably commercial legal and litigation services, which closely align with the intellectual property matters currently provided to our clients. IP Solved has a long history of working closely with Australian businesses, and strengthening this focus, the merger sees IP Solved opening an office in Wollongong and represents an important step for our presence in regional Australia. We are delighted to have found the ideal partner in Marshall IP to support the growth of IP Solved.
